The aluminized full protection clothing is intended to protect against intense radiant heat and can be used as proximity suits that can also protect against flame lick.

The Garment is made of:
Aluminized Fiberglass fabric—EN531 certified having weight about 440GSM

Insulation Lining: Woolen Lining for comfort and longer insulation preventing the heat to enter the garment.

Thermal Lining: FR cotton fabric certified to EN 11612 giving extra protection to the body and giving extra protection to the body against Heat.

Pattern: The garment is double layered overall with stitched hood with coat & trousers set (Two Pcs. in one set).The hood has ISI certified helmet for Heat & Safety protection.The visor is gold plated to reflect 95% of the radiant heat and not to cause irritation to the eyes.Five Finger Gloves also provided. Also Nitrile shoes provided.

1. COAT
1.1 General Description: Coat with a high central zip closure,covered with suitable storm flap. The coat has full-lengthsleeves and a stand up collar with adjustable throat tab.
1.2 Standard: The coat must meet the NFPA 1971; 2007 / EN469: 2005 Level II. The Suit bears UL marking (for NFPAcertified suit) with supporting certification bear CE marking(for EN certified suit) with supporting EC Type certification
1.3 Construction
1.3.1 The coat has a three-layer construction:
1.3.2 Outer Cloth: The outer fabric made from inherentlyflame resistant fiber with requisite blend of antistatic fibers.The colour of the outer fabric shall be Blue /Royal Blue or Dark Navy shade/ Yellow.
1.3.3 Moisture Barrier: Moisture Barrier is Fire resistant andbreathable in nature. The construction is micro porous innature like non-woven substrate/ felt / PU /spun lacearamid – suitably laminated with PTFE / PU like membraneor treated with compound to ensure that no water ingressfrom outside besides allowing perspiration and heat toescape from inside.
1.3.4 Thermal Barrier: The Thermal Barrier is consisting oftwo integrated or quilted layers. The innermost layer facingthe Moisture Barrier is made from inherently flame resistantfibres in non-woven felt / corded lane construction.
1.3.5 – The Coat is detachable i.e., it is be able to be used asa single layered Coat or multiple layered Garment anddetachable by buttons from inside.
1.4 Seams: All sewing done using para-aramid or equivalentstrong inherently FR threads. The seams on the outer layerstitched with strong thread over lock.
1.5 Pockets: Coat provided with 3 pockets as standard. 2waist pockets on the lower fronts with flap closure and 1patch pocket inside the coat.
1.6 Collar: The collar of the Coat is designed so that the neckportion is doubly secured and covered by means of a throattab, fitted with fire retardant Velcro for secure fasteningacross the neck. A hanger loop centrally placed on outercollar or inside section to be provided to facilitate hanging.
1.7 Front Closure: The coat has a heavy-duty moulded zipbeneath a full length catch flap, closing with fire retardantVelcro.
1.8 Sleeves & Cuffs: The sleeve is designed to have anadditional gusset (all 3 layers) in the underarm or any otherdesign innovation to allow the arms to move freely withoutraising the hem of the coat. An aramid rib-knitted internal cuff provided for suitable wrist protection.
1.9 Reflective Tape: The Coat has a high quality reflectivetape provided at the following places – Single row 50 mmwidth, around hem/ waist (including across front flap) -Single row 50 mm width, around lower sleeves The tape ispremium quality and the quality should comply with thelength and test parameters stipulated in the correspondingNFPA/ EN standards.
1.10 Sizing: Size chart is provided along-with the offer. Thesize should be suitable for fitting on person of 5’-8’’ height &70 kg. Weight. Length of the jacket is 32 inch.
1.11 Labels: A large clear label is permanently attached(sealed) or stitched inside the lining of the fire suits. Thislabel gives full details of compliance to international
standards, manufacturer’s contact details, sizing, wash/careinformation, style and date of manufacture and traceabilitycoding.
2.0 TROUSER
2.1 General Description: Trouser has standard 36 inch waistsize and adjustable crossover braces, with the knees suitablypadded and reinforced with an extra layer of outer cloth.The waist of the Trouser is elasticized at both sides to provide a comfortable flexible fit.
2.2 Standard: The fire Trouser must meet the NFPA 1971;2007 / EN 469: 2005 Level 2(II) standards or their latestapplicable version. The Suit should bear UL marking (forNFPA certified suit) with supporting certification or shouldbear CE marking (for EN certified suit) with supporting ECType certification.
2.3 Shape – Construction: The trousers is on thenaturalwaistline (36 inch), ankle length and constructedwithfollowing 3 layers:
2.3.1 Outer Cloth: The outer shell fabric is made frominherently flame resistant fibre material with requisiteblend of antistatic fibre. The colour of the outer shell fabricshall be Blue Royal Blue or Dark Navy shade.
2.3.2 Moisture Barrier: Moisture Barrier is Fire resistant andbreathable in Nature. The Construction should be microporous in nature like non-woven substrate/ felt / PU/spunlace aramid suitably laminated with PTFE / PU likemembrane or treated with compound to ensure no wateringress from outside besides allowingperspiration and heatto escape from inside.
2.3.3 Thermal Barrier: The Thermal Barrier is consisting oftwo integrated or quilted layers. The innermost layer facingthe Moisture Barrier should be made from inherently flameresistant fibres in non-woven felt / corded laneconstruction.
2.3.4 – The Trouser is detachable i.e., it should be able to beused as a single layered Coat or multiple layered Garmentand should be detachable by buttons from inside.

2.5 Knee Construction The knee has an extra layer of outercloth as reinforcement or alternately an aramidenforcement. The knee region should be shaped or designedsuitably for comfort and flexibility.
2.6 Pockets: the Trouser should have 1 internal patch pocketinside the right or left hip
2.7 Reflective Tape: The Trouser has single row of 50 mmwide reflective tape around lower leg. The tape should bepremium quality and should comply with test parametersstipulated in the corresponding NFPA/ EN standards.

3.0 ACCESSORIES
3.1 Boots: STANDARDS: Certified to EN 15090:2006 / NFPA1971: 2007.
CONSTRUCTION: Premium quality Leather or treated Rubberhaving flame retardant upper and waterproof characteristics: Rubber Boot has the followingfeatures and Testcertificate/ reports confirming the following operationalrequirements are required to be furnished:
a. Outer sole of the Boot should be Heat and Oil resistant.
b. Outer sole should also have high electrical resistance.
c. Sole should be slip resistant even on ceramic tiles
d. Sole should have penetration resistance against sharpobjects
e. Toe should be protected with non-corrosive stainlesssteel.
f. Size should be equivalent to size 8 (Europe).
3.2 Helmet
STANDARD: Certified to EN 443: 2008 or NFPA 1971: 2007standards COLOUR: Yellow / Lime Green
CONSTRUCTION: Helmet constructed of composite fibreglass capable of providing full protection even againstshorter flash over flames temperature exposures of up to1000 deg C. FEATURES: Helmet has the following featuresand Test certificate/ reports confirming the followingoperational requirements are required to be furnished:- Helmet with visor should have a modular design wherebythe face and neck is also protected against flames- Visor isbe provided capable of withstanding extremeheat and impact- Visor ise capable of being closed – housed within the
inner shelf of the Helmet, when not in use.-Interior is absorption layer to be provided for headprotection.
– Head size adjustable feature available for fittingvarious head size Circumference 52-63 cm of fireman.
3.3 Gloves
STANDARDS: Certified to EN 659: 2008 or NFPA 1971: 2007standards. The Gloves should bear CE mark or ULcertification to NFPA -1971.
FEATURES: Five fingered, soft, supple 2-3 layered Glove forhand and wrist protection. The Glove should incorporateknitted wrists made of FR Heat resistant material. Allthreads used for stitching the gloves should be inherentlyFlame retardant.

VOCHOC: Fire Entry Suit: HR 2-FIRFLY I

The Fire Entry Suit Has High level Protectionand High Comfort using proper membrane Fabrics andRespirators for the fire extinguishing purpose. The suit shall be suitable for human height from 165 cms to 175 cms. Thefire entry suit is made of 7 Layers of specialized Aluminizedpara-aramide fabrics and other insulation Fabrics. The suitalso be composed of un inflammable polyrentenemembrane. The inner isolated part of the suit is stitchedwith Nomex and Aramid felt fabric. The combination ofpolyurethane fabric along with Aramid felt shields infiltrations of liquids into the suits and enables to check awaythe steam out of the suit. The polyurethane membrane isnot allowing the outside heat to enter the body premises.

The suit is in a two piece item covering complete humanbody consisting of hood integrated with the Coat as onepiece and a Trouser having harness belt with shoulderstraps.
The suit is capable of being used overnormal clothes. The entire Suit should be made of the Fabricassembly as mentioned above.

The full detailed features of the Garment should be asbelow Coat with Hood is sewed fastly together. The Hoodhas visor with golden reflexive and non-sweaty modification,double protective glass, double fastening, metal zip andVelcro being located into the are of hood, which enables avery comfortable wearing and putting up and down. TheCoat should have a provision of wearing a Breathing Apparatus. Trouser has regular braces, the belt for makingthe waistslimmer in the lower parts of trouser, a metal zip for morecomfortable putting up the shoes on the feet. Leggings Steel in lay on the in step, the lower steel support for fasting the shoes and protecting against getting up the leggings.

Gloves – 5 fingers with membrane against liquid at the wristwith knitting, to use over where over the gloves forprotection against heat. Shoes, Overcoat – The shoe shouldhave back side double fasting, metal zip and Velcro fastingbelt for shoe inside the aluminised overcoat. The entire FireEntry Suit should be provided with Gloves, Leggings, ShoeOvercoat and Breathing Apparatus pouch The suit shall be having enough space to accommodate inside a selfcontained breathing apparatus in complete protectedmanner.

The weight of total suit shall not be more than 8kgs.

The entire Suit should be Certified as per EN 1486standards and should achieve Level III with the weight notexceeding more than 8 Kgs. Shelf life (shall not be less than5 years under specified storage conditions)

TEMPERATURE PARAMETERS :
The following temperature parameters should be met by the Suit certified by the manufacturer:
(a) The highest direct flame temperature protection offered by the suit:
( i) 1500 deg. C for a continuous period of 10 seconds.
( ii) 1400 deg C for a continuous period of 30 seconds.
(iii) 1200 deg C for a continuous period of 3 minutes.

(b) The highest direct radiant temperature protection offered by the suit :
( i) 1500 deg C for a continuous period of 10 seconds.
( ii) 1420 deg C for a continuous period of 30 seconds.
(iii) 1220 deg C for a continuous period of 3 minutes.
(iv) 1200 deg C for a continuous period of > 7
minutes at a distance of 1.5 meters from the flame wall.
